Parambrata Chatterjee , an Indian actor, is getting married soon. Known for his work in Bengali and Hindi films, the actor is said to be getting married to singer and mental health advocate Piya Chakraborty on Monday. For those who don’t know, Piya was the ex-wife of musician Anupam Roy.

There have been long-running rumours about Parambrata Chatterjee and Piya Chakraborty’s impending nuptials. But according to Aaj Tak Bangla, the couple will wed on November 27 in Kolkata in a small ceremony attended by friends and family. The couple hasn’t made an official statement on the situation yet, but there are a ton of wedding rumours floating around the internet. Regarding attendees, only a small number of people from the Bengali film industry have received invitations to the event.
When Parambrat suppressed rumours of covert weddings
There were many rumours earlier this year that Parambrata Chatterjee and Piya Chakraborty were secretly married. The actor refuted it as untrue, though. In fact, rumours circulated that Piya made the decision to file for divorce from Anupam in 2021 because she was in love with Parambrata. The “Aranyak” actor, though, refuted it at the time.

Parambrata and Piya have always been “good friends,” but he once expressed his displeasure to the media over these conversations.
Piya and Parambrata have never discussed their relationship in public. According to reports, Parambrata has been visiting Piya’s house more frequently as of late. Piya recently paid Parambrata a visit while he was in London for a lengthy shoot. A few days ago, Parambrata was spotted at a restaurant on Kolkata’s Park Street with Piya and her mother.
Right now, all we can hope for is the suspected couple to officially announce their nuptials on Instagram.
